Understanding the roles of consultants and coaches, this “hands-on” and curriculum education approach teaches the “why” behind evaluating 3-dimensional movement, understanding kinetic and posterior chain demands and prescribing proper exercise prescriptions for human development, ultimately creating a deep appreciation for the adaptability of a human body.
