ONE on ONE TRAINING

Our Individual Training program ensures that you will receive private training from our experienced coaches for a variety of goals including Athletic Performance Training, Physical Fitness, Weight Loss, Hypertrophy (muscle-building), and Post-Rehab Specialty. Your training sessions will follow a personalized program customized to your individual needs. Our trainers have experience training clients with these goals, and have obtained these goals themselves. They have experience training with different styles including HIIT, TRX, body-weight, and kettle bell training.

 

By using the latest technology such as the DARI Motion capture system, we will be able to analyze your progress in a research-based manner. Our Dietitians can help you keep track of your diet, so you can achieve your goals as quickly as possible. We also have a staff of medical practitioners that will ensure that you will be able to recover from any injuries and resume training with our trainers. You will work with the same specialists used by elite athletes who require renowned services.
